Second hand Winkler & Dunnebier filled chocolate molding line for making of small eggs or other double products, plain or cream filled, with or without dry fruits sprinkling
For moulds of 510 x 275 x 24mm
Capacity: 900 moulds/hour.

The line includes :
1) the moulds preheater,
2) the chocolate depositor,
3) the vibrating table,
4) the moulds reverse and centrifuge,
5) the pre-cooler for the shells following by the moulds setting upright,
6) the final cooler for the shells,

8) the nuts sprinkler,
9) the vibrating table,
10) the cream cooler,
11) the edges heater,
12) the bottoms depositor,
13) the vibrating table,
14) the scraper,
15) the vibrating table,
16) the moulds closing,
17) the controle head,

24) the placing of the moulds.
N.B. The demoulding operation is made straightly in trays or on cardboards.
Required staff :
- 1 operator who is at the same time the maker of the creams, if necessary.
